- In the form of overseas order processing (purchase proxy), delivery cancellation or exchange after 24 hours of purchase is not possible, so please purchase carefully.  

- When exchanging the size, a shipping fee of 60,000 won (international roundtrip shipping between Korea and China) will be charged. Once processed, the product will be sent back, so it will take about 2 weeks.

- Minor level of contamination, scratches, and signs of damage may occur in the dust bag and brand manual (bullet) storing the box and product during the process of leaving the factory, distribution and storage, but please note that this is a normal product and not a source defect.

- Refunds due to change of mind after payment may also be charged for overseas shipping and customs duties.

- However, please note that high-end products are 1:1 production products and cannot be canceled or refunded.

- In addition, there may be cases of out of stock or cancellation depending on the circumstances of the local customer, but in this case, we will notify you as soon as it is confirmed.
